Jaak De Koninck, artist and painter since 1972, founded his own imaginary airline, Starbrook Airlines, in 1983. This fantasy world brings air hostesses, pilots, and DC-3 airplanes to life through warm, nostalgic watercolors. His first exhibition in 1983 at the Brussels Theatre gained widespread attention, leading to numerous television and radio appearances. Today, his artwork continues to spark imagination worldwide, capturing the timeless charm of vintage aviation.
