Belgian chocolate and art go hand in hand. When Jaak De Koninck met Patrick Gilis, founder of Starbrook Airlines Chocolate, a unique collaboration was born. The first chocolate bar, Lady Milk Hazelnut, marked the beginning of a successful fusion between art and premium Belgian chocolate

Starbrook Airlines Belgian Chocolate goes global—now exported to 15 countries. A diverse and rich product portfolio has been created, featuring chocolate-molded airplanes, flaked and dusted truffles, pralines, seashells, hearts  and chocolate bars ranging from 100g to an impressive 2000g

The Starbrook Chocolate Company exclusively uses premium Belgian chocolate as its raw material. Our Belgian milk chocolate is crafted from cocoa sourced from the Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Ghana, and Congo. Our Belgian dark chocolate is made with cocoa from the Ivory Coast, Ghana and Equatorial Guinea. Featuring unique molds, such as a DC-6 airplane, steamer or retro car, Starbrook chocolates stand out with a distinct appearance, unlike traditional chocolate products.

As an internationally growing brand, Starbrook Chocolate Company products are available in numerous airport shops, border shops, cruise & ferry lines, high-end department stores, deli and specialty shops, and chocolate boutiques.
